Building on the success of two previous generations, the Stilo ST6 racing helmet for 2025 brings notable improvements in comfort, weight, visibility, and, most importantly, safety.
The ST6 shell is designed using insights gained from top-level motorsport, including Formula One and World Endurance racing. It features a lower visor aperture, enhancing driver visibility of the dashboard and cockpit controls. Advanced air channels in the chin bar and top of the shell improve breathability, reducing heat, sweat, and moisture. The internal design has been reworked to accommodate optional features like quick-release integrated drink kits, radio cable routing, and a cold air system. Additionally, the new linings improve interlocking around the cheek and chin areas for better comfort and usability. The overall fit has been enhanced with an updated shell sizing structure, including a medium shell to accommodate the 59-61cm head size range.
Exclusive accessories for the ST6, such as tinted visors, screw kits, and advanced aerodynamics, are available for order. The helmet's visor locking system has been updated to meet the latest FIA 8859-2024 visor retention standards. The ST6 F/GT models come with part built-in electronics, including a Stilo female Nexus connection for use with MRTC/Autotel race radios, an adjustable Stilo microphone, and a Stilo earpiece connector, all integrated into the shell for fast connection during driver changes.
